1.2.1 Abstract: Earth Orientation Polar Parameters (EOPP) data are weekly predictions of the Earth's polar position using observations from the United States Naval Observatory's (USNO). Predictions are published weekly for each of seven days beginning with Sunday of each week.
1.2.2 Purpose: EOPP are used by many customers as input for satellite tracking and for predicted ephemerides programs.
