Office of Geomatics: Geodetic Surveys St. Louis
The Geodetic Survey Division plans and executes field surveys worldwide in support of United States national interests. Geodetic Surveying falls under the Office of Geomatics of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. State-of-the-art conventional, satellite, magnetic, and gravity surveying techniques are used to collect, process and analyze data. Primary customers include the Department of Defense (DoD) military services, DoD agencies and DoD contractors. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency international cooperation agreements are supported via joint survey projects. Additional customers (other U.S. agencies, non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, etc.) are serviced when requirements coincide.
